With the pending Supreme Court ruling on his Presidential immunity just hours or days away, former President Trump reminded America of his "TOTAL immunity to truth" at the first, and possibly last, 2024 Presidential Debate. Filled with bravado, Mr. Trump, a convicted felon and sexual predator, touted his [EDITOR: usually imaginary] accomplishments as President as well as taking credit for a number of Mr. Biden's accomplishments.

WHN EXCLUSIVE: As foreshadowed (repeatedly) by the WHN, the US Supreme court has anointed the President of the US "TOTAL IMMUNITY FOR ALL OFFICIAL ACTS".... the rub being that if the holder of the office deems it "official" it is deemed to be legally official. This in essence means that a corrupt office holder is immune to legal charges and the ONLY way to control a loose cannon President is via impeachment - a task that may be impossible in the hyper-partisan world of today's political parties. © 2024 Ned Ander-Thal, World Headline News
Almost Washington State (WHN) July 1, 2024. The end of American Democracy and the "Rule of Law" was officially signaled today as the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the President of the United States has TOTAL IMMUNITY FOR OFFICIAL ACTS. Moreover, the ruling, in essence, retroactively confirmed the previously ridiculed, Nixon-ion doctrine that "If the President does it, it is legal." Had the 2024 Supreme Court ruling been enshrined in 1974, Nixon's bugging of the Democratic headquarters, and subsequent cover-up, would have been deemed legal by the courts (at least as far as Nixon's involvement) and Nixon would not have resigned.

Strangely, the granting of King/Queen-like status to the President is at odds with the Supreme Courts overturning of 1984's Chevron precedent. The 1984 ruling gave Federal agencies the legal ability to interpret, set and enforce regulations. Indeed, the 1984 ruling stated that courts must defer to federal agencies' "reasonable" interpretations because of their expertise, experience, and political accountability in resolving statutory ambiguity. On June 28, the Robert's court overruled Chevron and, in essence, made the court the arbitrators of disputes over virtually every federal regulation - despite the fact the the courts (and judges) will be deciding exceedingly complex issues in which they have NO expertise, experience of political accountability. We have already seen examples of this when a single Texas Federal Judge (Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk) ruled that a political contentious drug (mifepristone; used to chemically induce early abortions) was unsafe. Judge Kacsmaryk, despite no scientific/medical expertise, relied on the plaintiffs fringe medical experts and ignored the findings and expertise of the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and the decades of findings of scientists, medical doctors, clinical trials, (and 23 years of use) showing the drug to be extremely safe and (the real reason for the ruling) effective:
“The Court does not second-guess FDA's decision-making lightly,” Kacsmaryk wrote.
“But here, FDA acquiesced on its legitimate safety concerns — in violation of its statutory duty — based on plainly unsound reasoning and studies that did not support its conclusions.”
While the Texas judge was partially blocked by a higher court and in June the US Supreme Court ultimately rejected Kacsmaryk's ruling, ruling that they found the plaintiffs did not have standing to file the suit (i.e., they had not been harmed by the drug directly) meaning that a plaintiff could once again file suit if they could prove "harm". This scenario can now be played out repeatedly by anyone (with money) who is unhappy with whatever federal regulation they don't like. The new rule of law, is "if it cost us money", "keeps us from making money", or "liberals like it" we will turn to the courts for relief.

Almost Washington State (WHN) June 27, 2024. In what can only be called a disaster for the Democrats (but a WIN! for Republicans) soon-to-be former President Biden's performance cam across as confused and disjointed. Per WHN political correspondent Ned Ander-Thal exclaimed during the debate:
"He's on fire and crashing! . . . This is the worst of the worst catastrophes for the world! Oh, he's crashing . . . oh, 2024 is gonna be a terrific crash, ladies and gentlemen. There’s smoke, and there’s flames, now, and the President is verbally crashing to the ground, not quite to the end, but it is the end. Oh, the humanity, and all the Democrats are screaming around here!
. . . I can’t talk, ladies and gentlemen. Honest, he's just laying there, a mass of human wreckage, and everybody can hardly breathe and talk . . . Honest, I can hardly breathe. I’m going to step to the bar where I cannot see it. . . .”*

Within hours (minutes?) of the debate, some Democrats began demanding that the President step aside as the nominee for someone younger (and coherent). The cries have only grown stronger over recent days forcing the White House into a defensive position. Mr. Biden states that only he can defeat Trump [EDITOR: perhaps the clearest signal yet that Mr. Biden may be 'confused']. To limit further Biden gaffes, senior White House aides have dusted off the pandemic playbook and instituted Damage Control Measure #1 as shown below.

Per newly hired top-aide Mr. Hunter Biden, "Dad had a cold and took medication just before the debate. Unfortunately, his dealer, er, handler, did not disclose that sleepiness and mental confusion are known side-effects.... and the rest is a bad dream. Dad went into rehab, the same place I went to, and is now fine and as sharp as a needle.
I'm here because I know about the unintended side effects of drugs and was able to help Dad through this difficult time. Both Jill and I have encouraged Dad to stay the course.... cuz' the way things are looking for me I'll need that Presidential pardon."
A (per White House press release) "vigorous and with-it", President Biden has reassured his nervous supporters in a private meeting that the campaign is firing on all cylinders: "We are racing to the finish line! NOBODY can beat us! .... except maybe my evil twin from another galaxy... or medicare, I mean medicine,... ah, or maybe Corn Pop cuz' he's got a knife."
Mr. Trump's forceful (but not Truthful) performance could apparently NOT be fact-checked due to the TOTAL IMMUNITY TO TRUTH, JUSTICE AND MARITAL VOWS that has been conferred on Mr. Trump by the U.S. Supreme Court. WHN Political Correspondent Ned-Ander-Thal summed up Mr. Trump's performance by saying: "Per Trump's and MAGA tenets, I am a WHITE MALE so I know what is right and what is wrong. Trump's performance was sooo wrong that it made it RIGHT... far right. Trump is god awful stupid about most things, but he is a genius at two things: 1) squirming his way out of jail; and 2) getting elected to the Presidency - despite his checkered past. I think he must be an idiot-savant. I do know for sure that he is an idiot for-sure..."
PROJECT 2025
Mr. Trump's increasingly likely return to the White House has many people becoming increasingly concerned about Project 2025; a ~900 page plan (led by the Heritage Foundation) to radically change the Federal government by making virtually all senior positions political appointments and firing the civil service workforce. Per Project 2025 supporters, the plan is to be implemented within the first 180 days of Trump's presidency. To this end, thousands of conservatives are already being recruited and vetted for hiring to replace the fired existing civil servants (all of which technically belong to the Executive branch) thereby getting rid of the so-called "DEEP STATE". This will be done to remove any and all institutional resistance to the most radical of Mr. Trump's plans. Proposed actions include the privatization of the several government service (e.g., TSA responsible for airport security), disabling federal abortion protections, restricting access to contraception, using the Center for Disease Control for heightened abortion surveillance, getting rid of the Department of Education, and ending the involvement of the US Cyber Command in protecting US elections from foreign influence.
